The much older, but no less wiser, vertically challenged digital artist. Still shipping David Tennant and, (of course) Olivia Colman. In fact, most would probably say I'm borderline obsessive. Actually...forget the borders, I am :)

FanVid: It rarely gets any views because it's unlisted (for reasons I won't go into). But, if like me you are obsessed with the above OTP then you might appreciate it'a content - Indebted To You https://youtu.be/TqPoj6iZqWU

So, while I'm old enough to have been using PS for a few decades now, it's only been since around 2009, when I first started using it to manip art/fanart. Which means... it's already over a decade since I made my first Broadchurch piece! Where has the time gone?!?

This was in the guise of a mock-up S1 DVD cover, that some folk fail to realise was actually created long before the show was even filmed, let alone aired! Course, little did I know after S1 had finished that the same DVD cover would go viral. Mainly in Europe, as my work got mistook for being the 'official' BC1 DVD cover. Yeah...I wish!

Which it comes as no surprise that, by 2015, I was completely obsessed with both the show and its two leads. An obsession which, no doubt, had a part to play in me getting approached by the BBC's Graham Norton Show. Who, at the time, politely asked me via email if I would be willing to share a few of my Broadchurch manips, so they could be shown at the recording, which was supposed to illustrate a section referring to 'Miller and Hardy's on-screen sexual tension'. A sexual tension, which I may add, never existed! Except perhaps in the minds of all us Ellie_x_Alec 'shippers.

So, was I bitter we didn't get more sexual tension between the two?

Hell yeah! Or at least I was back then. However, ask me the same question now and I'm much less likely to be troubled by the matter, now that end of series tensions and anxieties have passed. These days, I'm able to understand and appreciate better, why certain script choices were made. An open ending without complications or awkward commitments is a far better option than a predictable one that has nowhere else to go. And, who knows, maybe after Chibber's is done playing with the thirteenth doctor's Tardis he will revisit the old town and decide to drag them all out of the retirement home, kicking and screaming blue murder, and give us one more series. Or maybe two...perhaps even three... ;)

Regarding the fan art. At this present time, I'm creating little to zero 'public fan art'. Largely because a spate of theft, back in April 2018, made me lose interest in this medium. A violation of my personal IP that left me angry and upset, to the point where, so far, I've really not been able to rekindle my love for this genre. Which is sad really, 'cause fan art was always my first love.

However, I have recently decided to put some of my work back into the public domain, which can be found on my Redbubble store via links at my ifourdezign-da account (See link below)

Still, the world hasn't stopped turning and my personal adoration for my TV idols continues. Just, these days, it's all done a little more...privately.

Hope you enjoy the old portfolio x
